About One Way Painting Inc.

Founder and operator Ron Bartz's first job in the paint business started right after his discharge from the United States Air Force in 1964. He went to work for Long Beach Paint Corp. as a truck driver. Within two years he was manager of the store. From there he took a position as the purchasing agent for Industrial Paint Co. in San Pedro, California and later moved onto outside sales.

In 1970 Ron partnered with Benjamin Moore Paint Co. and opened a new paint store in Tustin, California. He was President of Tustin Paint and Decorating until 1976. Ron saw a need for a high quality residential painting contractor who specialized in both interior and exterior. Thus, One Way Painting began its operations in 1979 and continues to specialize in residential painting.

In 2001 Jeff McCabe, Ron's son-in-law joined One Way Painting. Jeff  brought new, fresh ideas and demonstrated the ability to quickly learn a new business. In a short time he became a first class Journeyman Painter. Jeff's commitment to superior customer service has been a blessing to the company.

In 2003 Ron and Jeff decided to make it official and became partners in the company. They now share the responsibilities of running the company and find great joy in watching the company flourish as a result of their team effort.
